All race and training programs are customized to meet your specific needs.  TriFit coaches Bernard Baski and Rad Hallman can build you a program to help you reach your goals and in-house Exercise Physiologist, Kirsten Wagner administers all related testing.

All race and training programs are customized to each individual using heart rate and other physical information provided by you. Program Features: customized & periodized training programs based on experience and fitness levels. Heart rate zones & training zones are provided based on an individual’s needs. All programs have five distinct phases: Base, Build, Peak, Taper, Recover.

Standard Training Programs

A) Customized / Periodized Training Programs (No Testing)

Program features:
• Customized & periodized training programs based on experience and fitness level
• Heart rate zones & training zones
• Customized training phases: Build, Peak, Recover, Taper

Race Distance (TFMS Member Rate)

12 week: Sprint or Olympic Distance: $135

16 week: Varied Distances: $200

20 week: Varied Distances: $300

B) Customized / Periodized Training Programs (Includes Lactate OR Metabolic Testing)

Program features:
• Customized & periodized training programs based on Lactate or Metabolic Test
• Heart rate zones & training zones
• Customized training phases: Build, Peak, Recover, Taper

Race Distance (TFMS Member Rate)

12 week: Sprint or Olympic Distance: $315

16 week: Varied Distances: $380

16 week: Varied Distances: $560

Includes mid-term retest to assess progress and fitness

20 week: Varied Distances: $650

Includes mid-term retest to assess progress and fitness

C) Customized / Periodized Training Programs (Includes Lactate AND Metabolic Testing – Dual Protocol Test)

Program features:
• Customized & periodized training programs based on Lactate and Metabolic Test
• Heart rate zones & training zones
• Customized training phases: Build, Peak, Recover, Taper

Race Distance (TFMS Member Rate)

12 week: Sprint or Olympic Distance: $480

16 week: Varied Distances: $570

16 week: Half Ironman Distance: $895

Includes mid-term retest to assess progress and fitness

20 week: Ironman Distances: $985

Includes mid-term retest to assess progress and fitness

Weekly Correspondence Options

Email correspondence: $100

Time and day to be mutually agreed up by coach and athlete

Phone correspondence: $160
