During TriFit Swim Clinic you will become a better swimmer in only a few hours. You will learn how improve your stroke technique, build strength in and out of the pool, and gain insight into open water swimming tactics.
Led by TriFit MultiSport coaches, Bernard Baski and Rad Hallman, this clinic will set you on the right course for the new season. You will receive individual stroke feedback along with two group swim workouts to improve overall fitness. If you miss out on clinics like this, you will get passed by your rivals. Don’t let that happen!
Included in swim clinics:
• Technique/drill based workout w/ individual video analysis
• Lecture on technique improvement tactics based on video feedback
• Dry land exercises to improve strength and flexibility
• Aerobic/interval workout with open water tactic practice
There will be a lunch break, so bring your own food or money for nearby restaurants.
Typical Clinic Schedule
9:00am-10:30am: Workout #1: Video Analysis
10:30-11:00am: Dry Land Swimming Exercises
11:00-12:00pm: Workout #2: Drills and Open Water Skills
12:00-1:00pm: Lunch
1:00-2:00pm: Video Analysis and Lecture
