Wednesday am Track Workout
TRIFIT Wednesday Morning Track Workout, 6:45am at the Santa Monica College track (Pico @ 17th, Santa Monica, CA)
This session is designed to help make you a better, faster runner. Led by TRIFIT coaches Bernard & Gina Baski, we concentrate on run technique and interval training.

The workout will start at 6:45am with a neuro-muscular & dynamic warm-up.  The track work will start at 7:00am.

Don’t worry about your level of running. Whether you are training for a marathon, a 10k or just to get more fit, we will tailor the runs to meet your fitness level and needs. So join us every Wednesday morning for this informative and fun workout.
