Join TRIFIT Multisport for our weekly coached track workout at the Santa Monica College track. This session is designed to help make you a better, faster runner. We concentrate on run technique and interval training. The workout will start with 10-15 minutes of neuro-muscular and dynamic warmups. Don’t worry about your level of running. Whether you are training for a marathon, a 10k or just to get more fit, we will tailor the runs to meet your fitness level and needs.
