Road Cycling

There are few places better or more beautiful to ride than Southern California. Our group rides are the perfect way to get in shape, train for that triathlon or bike race and enjoy the great outdoors.

Even if you are new to cycling, you won’t be left behind or feel out of place.  There will always be a group leader close to assist if you need it. All beginner-intermediate rides will have a “leader/sweeper” at the front or back to lend a hand when needed.

Periodically before rides, we will meet early with a short educational clinic on subjects like bike maintenance, ride safety, etiquette, gear, etc.  This will also be supported ride with a SAG-wagon just in case...

As always, please confirm the times and locations of the week’s rides by referring to either the home page “upcoming events” or the TRIFIT Multisport Calendar.

Please be aware that cycling, especially on busy urban and neighborhood roads involve a degree of danger.  It is imperative that all riders remain aware of his/her surroundings at all times.
