TRIFIT race programming offers specifically designed packages for individuals and groups interested in competing in short 5K races to marathons, cycling rides, races and triathlons.

Training packages will vary depending on your needs, race, conditioning, experience, customization and coaching interaction. Every training package includes a comprehensive training program, heart rate training zones, and, depending on what you are training for, daily swim, bike and run mileage.
