Weekly Pool Workouts

Whether you are a novice or elite swimmer, TriFit MultiSport can tailor a swim training program to meet your needs.  Our extensive swimming program is led by head swimming coach and trainer, Rad Hallman.

Personal swim coaching and training can be scheduled at any time through TriFit Club & Studios. Additionally, a minimum of four group masters, aerobic and technique classes are scheduled at TriFit Club and Studios every week.  These include a Tuesday and Thursday lunch hour classes, and a Friday morning workout.* With the exception of those just learning to swim, all levels are accommodated and encouraged at any of the classes.  Join us and see how much fun a good swim workout can be.

Swim Schedule at TriFit Club & Studios:

Monday: 1:00pm – 2:00pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Friday: 6:30am – 7:30am

Location: Most coaching and training sessions are held at TriFit Club & Studios at their Yahoo! Center pool in Santa Monica which features a 3-lane, 25-yard indoor lap pool with locker rooms, towel service, filtered water, and full locker room amenities. Pool temperature is kept between 79-81 degrees.
